Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 day of purchase, with original receipt. Store credit is issued for all returns, exchanges are also available. Large items (such as bikes, car racks, wheels, trainers, etc.) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from store credit. All returns must be in original condition, i.e. unworn/ridden, and in original packaging. No refunds or exchanges on tours, rentals, gift certificates, labor, deposits, special order items, used bikes, or nutritional items. All returns/exchanges are processed at the sole discretion of Touright.

Service/Work Orders

We want your bike to be perfect just as much as you do! Unfortunately, some problems just won't stay fixed. If a problem reoccurs, just come on back and we'll see about putting it right. We are unable to provide a warranty on flat fixes. All estimates and quotes for service are subject to change based on need for additional parts and/or labor. 

Picking-up your Repair

We are a small shop with limited storage space. We reserve the right to charge storage fees (up to $5/day) on bikes that have not been picked up 1 week after work is completed and the customer has been contacted. If not picked up within 90 days of contact, property is considered abandoned and will be disposed of. If you are unable to pick up your repair within this time-frame, please let us know and we will do our best to make arrangements with you.

Using our Tools

Because it costs money to purchase and maintain our tools, a fee applies to those who wish to borrow our equipment to work on their own bike, scooter, or skis. We sell a variety of tools to help you maintain your bike at home.

Layaways

Layaway is available for larger purchases. We require an initial deposit of 30-50% and will provide a full cash refund within 7 days of initial deposit. After 7 days, deposits will be refunded in store credit only and a 25% restocking fee applies.
